Terms of Service of GoodResto Portal
Effective from: June 24, 2025
§1 INTRODUCTION
1. This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service", sets forth the rules for using
the GoodResto Portal.
2. Definitions:
Terms of Service – this document that governs the use of the GoodResto Portal;
Service Provider – Goodresto sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Williama Heerleina
Lindleya 16, 02-013 Warsaw, Poland, registered with the National Court Register under
number 0001124926, NIP: 7011221145;
Plans – the current price information for Services available in §3 Terms of Service in the
section „GoodResto Plans – Service Packages”, as well as on the Service Providers websites
dedicated to the GoodResto Portal or GoodResto App;
GoodResto Portal – an online platform available at portal.goodresto.app that enables
management of Venue Data displayed in the GoodResto App and affiliated websites, manage
promotions, menus and reservations;
GoodResto App – a mobile application for iOS and Android, allowing users to find restaurant
information, menu, contact details, promotions, offers, post reviews, follow venues and make
Reservations;
User – any natural or legal person, or other legal entity with legal capacity, using the
GoodResto Portal in accordance with these Terms of Service;
Gastronomic Venue – a restaurant or food service entity offering table service, take-out or
delivery;
Gastronomic Venue Registrationthe process of providing necessary Data to access Services
via GoodResto Portal;
Venue Representative – the owner or an authorized person of a Gastronomic Venue,
responsible for communication with Service Provider and managing Gastronomic Venue via
GoodResto Portal;
Venue Worker – a person invited by a Venue Representative and with specific access granted
by a Venue Representative, that helps in managing Gastronomic Venue via GoodResto Portal;
Services – electronic services provided by the Service Provider;
Data – data provided by User, Venue Representative or Venue Worker, including personal
data, processed for the provision of Services;
Venue Data – information displayed to users of the GoodResto App and affiliated websites;
Reservation – a request to book a table at a Gastronomic Venue at a specified time for a
specified number of people, made by a potential customer via the GoodResto App and
affiliated websites;
Automatic Reservation – a reservation automatically confirmed, based on the criteria
defined by the Gastronomic Venue, with immediate confirmation delivered to a potential
customer;
Manual Reservation – a reservation confirmed manually by a Venue Representative or Venue
Worker through the GoodResto Portal, with confirmation sent to a potential customer
afterwards.
All defined terms are capitalized throughout the Terms.
§2 PURPOSE OF THE GOODRESTO PORTAL
The GoodResto Portal aims to enable Users to manage information, menu, contact details,
promotions, offers reservations of their Gastronomic Venue that are visible to customers in
GoodResto App and affiliated websites.
§3 TERMS OF USE FOR USERS
Gastronomic Venue Registration
1. To access Services, Users must register via a link sent by the Service Provider. This link may
be:
o sent directly by the Service Provider;
o requested via registration form available at portal.goodresto.app;
o received by emailing contact@goodresto.app and completing the received form.
2. Registration is only available to Venue Representative.
3. Registration on the GoodResto Portal is free.
4. Registration requires providing an email address and setting a password.
5. A registered Venue is shown as "verified" in GoodResto app and affiliated websites (after
successful verification).
6. To become “verified”, the Venue Representative must complete required Data and Venue
Data specified in “Portal’s Guide – first steps” on the GoodResto Portal’s homepage and
trigger the verification process.
7. Since selected restaurants are available in GoodResto App and affiliated websites, based on
information available to wide public or add on Gastronomic Venue request, the User is
responsible for check of all data of Gastronomic Venue and keeping them up-to-date after
registration. The User is responsible for Data and Venue Data he provided.
Information required to become “verified” may include (but not limited to):
Contact information of the Venue;
Full company name and registration details (address, tax ID);
Name, position, email, and phone number of the Venue Representative;
All restaurant content the Venue Representative wants to provide, but Venue
Representative shall provide at least menu, photos and general restaurant
information;
User Registration
1. To access Services, Users must register via a link sent by the Service Provider. This link is sent
directly by the Service Provider;
2. Registration on the GoodResto Portal is free of charge.
3. Registration requires providing an email address and setting a password.
4. User must complete required Data specified in “Portal’s Guide – first steps” on the GoodResto
Portal’s homepage.
„GoodResto Plans” – Service Packages
1. User may activate package via:
the "Plans" section on the GoodResto Portal;
phone or email contact.
2. Any new User is initially granted with "Free" package. This package is free of charge and the
User can:
Access to basic analytics;
Have manageable digital profile of a restaurant that will be displayed to users of the
GoodResto App and affiliated websites;
Publish promotions, lunches, notifications on its profile;
Ability to be reviewed by customers;
Have customisable menu with ability to generate it as a QR code and print it as PDF file.
3. "Free" package can be modified any time on sole decision of Service Provider.
4. Under "Free" package Service Provider may activate additional features to the User on trial
basis and the User will not be charged for them.
5. As long as Services are provided free of charge, the User cannot claim compensation for the
Services working not in line with User expectations.
6. All paid packages will only be activated after the User agrees to pricing available on
GoodResto Portal.
7. Paid packages are based on upfront payment, meaning that they are available for a User once
the User agreed to a price (by selecting appropriate price and settlement option in "Plans"
section), has received an invoice based on selected subscription and funds were credited to
the account indicated in the invoice. In case the package has been enabled by Service
Provider before receiving a payment from a User and it turned out that the User had not paid
(unable to provide confirmation of payment), The Service Provider reserves the right to
immediately suspend or terminate access to Paid Services if payment is not received on time.
8. "Light" package includes all „Free” package services and:
Ability to be showed on Discovery page in GoodResto App and affiliated websites.
9. "Standard" package includes all „Light” package services and:
Reservation system (ability to use Manual Reservation or Automatic Reservation);
Priority support.
10. "Pro" package includes all „Standard” package services and:
More often appearance on Discovery page in GoodResto App and affiliated websites;
Advanced profile analytics;
Reservation analytics and alert on historical no-show customers;
Early access for new services (to be added to “Pro” package first).
11. In case any package will be withdrove or modified, the User will have his package with bought
features till the end of period he paid for, or his package will be upgraded to the package with
at least the same features till the end of the period he paid for.
12. Upgrade to a higher package
1. A User may request an upgrade to a higher package (e.g., from "Light" to "Standard"
or "Pro") at any time.
2. The upgrade will be applied to a new settlement period, based on the selected billing
cycle (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).
3. The remaining value of the current active package (unused period) will be calculated
on a pro-rata basis and deducted from the price of the new package on the invoice.
4. The upgraded package will be activated only after:
the Service Provider issues the invoice for the new package,
the User makes payment and it is credited to the Service Provider's account.
5. If the User selects an upgraded package with monthly billing, and the value of unused
time in the current package exceeds the price of the monthly plan (i.e., results in a
negative balance), then:
the surplus will be applied toward future invoices within the upgraded plan,
if the User cancels or does not renew the upgraded plan before the surplus is
consumed, the User may be downgraded back to the previous package for
the remaining time already paid.
13. Downgrade to a lower package. The User may downgrade to a lower package (e.g., from
"Pro" to "Light" or "Free"), however:
the downgrade will take effect only after the current billing period expires for
the higher package.
no refund or partial credit is issued for unused time in the higher-tier
package.
14. Packages prices with settlement period.
1. Current prices for all Plans, along with available settlement periods (monthly,
semi-annual, annual), are published in the Pricing document available on the
GoodResto Portal in the “Plans” section.
2. The Pricing Document is an integral annex to these Terms of Service and may vary by
country, local currency, applicable taxes or promotions.
3. The User agrees to the applicable pricing by selecting a specific plan and settlement
period within the Portal.
4. The Service Provider reserves the right to update the Pricing Document at any time.
Such changes will not affect already paid subscription periods, but will apply to
renewals or new activations.
15. The Service Provider reserves the right to deny or postpone package changes in cases of
delayed payments, ongoing disputes, or suspected abuse of the system.
16. Delayed payments may result in suspension or limitation of Services.
17. Only one trial period is granted per Gastronomic Venue across all Service Packages. Using a
trial for the 'Standard' package excludes eligibility for a trial of the 'Pro' package, and vice
versa. Re-registration, creating new accounts for the same venue or organizational entity to
regain a trial period is prohibited.
18. If the Service is terminated by the Service Provider, unused Service will be refunded
proportionally.
19. Price List may change; already bought packages will be continued with at least the same
features till package expiry and continued use requires Users acceptance of new pricing.
§4 PRIVACY POLICY
1. Users’ personal data are protected under applicable laws, including GDPR.
2. Data are processed to provide Services and for marketing purposes, subject to Users consent
during registration.
3. Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of their data.
§5 LIABILITY LIMITATION
1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service Provider does not
guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
2. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, including lost profits, loss of
data or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, except in
cases of willful misconduct.
3. The Service Provider is not responsible for any information, offers, or content provided by
Gastronomic Venues via the Platform.
§6 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The current version of the Terms is available at portal.goodresto.app.
2. The Service Provider may update the Terms; Users not accepting changes should cease using
the Services.
3. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject registration or allow to select packages
without stating a reason, particularly in case of suspicion of providing false data or intent to
violate the Terms.
4. It is prohibited to share unlawful, misleading, or harmful Data in the GoodResto App or
GoodResto Portal.
5. All matters not explicitly governed by these Terms shall be subject to Polish law. Any disputes
shall be resolved by competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless otherwise required by
mandatory provisions of law.
